Based on FileMaker, Task Master is a networkable, multi-user solution which operates on both Macs and PCs. It was created by a design firm for design firms, and has over 4 years of in-the-field usage. Main modules include:
Central contact database for clients, vendors and employees
Project tracker for keeping job notes, deadlines, budgets, etc.
Asset management. Store file references. Import and store media, graphic and document files
Time and expense slips
Sales actions for tracking past and present sales leads
Workgroup calendar
Track milestone with easy to read gantt charts
Provides various reports to keep your projects on task
Job spec forms
Create project briefs
Easy to use interface
Track estimated and actual job expenses
All modules are workgroup capable
